JNM Legacy LLC is a father-daughter-owned business founded by Nicole and Jerry Murray, built on a shared commitment to dependable service, strong relationships, and helping others navigate the details that keep their businesses moving forward.
As President, Nicole brings more than five years of experience in business formations and compliance filings. As Vice President, her father, Jerry, brings more than 30 years of experience in the freight and logistics industry, where clear communication, attention to detail, and reliability have been essential to building lasting relationships with clients.
Although their professional backgrounds are different, they share the same approach to serving people: listen carefully, communicate clearly, follow through, and treat every client relationship with care.
Together, they've built JNM Legacy LLC as a business where clients can expect personalized attention and dependable support—not an impersonal, one-size-fits-all experience.
Meet the President
Nicole Murray
With more than five years of experience in business formations and compliance filings, Nicole has helped entrepreneurs and established businesses navigate the administrative requirements involved in starting and maintaining a company.
Her work includes LLC and corporation formations, annual reports, amendments, DBAs, EIN assistance, dissolutions, reinstatements, and other state filing requirements.
Nicole also brings experience from the logistics industry, where she works as an independent freight agent within a family-run operation. That experience has strengthened her ability to manage details, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Jerry Murray
With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the freight and logistics industry, Jerry has built his career around something that applies to every successful business: trust.
As an independent freight agent, Jerry has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, coordinating everything from small LTL shipments to full truckloads across the country. His work requires careful coordination, clear communication, strong relationships, and the ability to navigate tight deadlines and changing circumstances.
While his professional background is in logistics, the principles he brings to JNM Legacy are universal: reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing right by the people you serve.
As Vice President, Jerry supports the growth of JNM Legacy and helps bring the same relationship-driven approach that has shaped his career to the family business.
